Happy Monday friends! We are just four days away (Thursday, April 12 8 to 9 PM EST) from our #SheafferLiving #SpringStyle twitter party and hope you will join us for the hour-long event. Aside from the colorful conversation we will be joined by a truly stylish panel of four fashion industry experts. Over the next four days we will be featuring one of the fantastic experts each day — after all the success of any party lies in quality of introductions and engaging conversations!
Let’s get started!

I first met Liz when I was pregnant with my first daughter Elle and found much comfort in the arms of her fabulous and fashionable maternity line. A few (post maternity) years later we were reacquainted when I stumbled across her fabulous non-maternity fashion site, Shopafrolic, a project she co-founded with her sister Jane. How cute is that? Although, I had yet to really meet her… I had great respect for her fashion eye and that she kept me from feeling like a whale the last few months of my pregnancy.
Then last Spring on a trip to New York City, I was invited to join a group of friends for lunch at Bergdorf Goodman where I “officially” met both Liz and Jane. Meeting them was so much fun. I found them not only most fashionable, but fabulously funny. Liz is beautiful both inside and out and has a heart for helping people feel and look their very best! I cannot wait to hear what she has to say on Thursday, but until then…
I introduce to you our first #SheafferLiving #SpringStyle panelist, @LizLange:

SpringStyle Panelist: @LizLange.
About Liz: Liz Lange changed the face of maternity fashion forever, launching her line in 1997. Ten years later, after having also developed a line of maternity active wear for Nike, the maternity line for Target (still a best seller there), and authoring a book on pregnancy style, Liz sold the original company. She now has a non-maternity collection, Completely Me by Liz Lange, with HSN, and runs the fun shopping site, Shopafrolic, she co-founded with her sister Jane Wagman. ![]()
#SpringStyle Questions
TheGraciousGirl: What color or colors are you loving this season?
Liz: I love the bold colors this Spring. I am particularly feeling for bright pink, sapphire blue, oranges and almost kelly greens. And I am definitely having a red moment. It is so pretty back to navy, green, white, khaki and even orange and pink.
The Gracious Girl: What Spring fashion accessory trend are you most excited about?
Liz: I am excited to see a return to the pointy toed pump. It’s been all round for so many seasons now that a pointy kitten heel or pump feels particularly fresh and lady like.
The Gracious Girl: Do you keep your handbag neat and tidy or could you live out of it for an extended amount of time?
Liz: I rarely change handbags so I could definitely “live out of it for an extended amount of time”. That said, I keep mine fairly organized by always keeping a folder in it that I slip all extraneous papers, receipts, etc into. I try to go through that folder fairly frequently.
When it comes to writing do you prefer a classic pen or fun and funky colors? Why?
Liz: I am very classic and tailored in my personal style and that extends to my taste in pens. I rarely write in a color that is not black or dark blue. However, for my fall wedding (many moons ago) I did opt for dark brown calligraphy which I thought was a quite chic alternative to black.
