Here’s a quick video that we made leading up to our mini dinner. Please keep in mind that my videographer is the mini age of six. It’s a mini bit shaky - if you are prone to motion sickness and have Dramamine on-hand you may want to take one, or two…
Saturday Maggie and I braved the morning drizzle to pick-up some fresh veggies at the Farmers’ market for our mini dinni…
The afternoon was full of cooking (my favorite way to spend an afternoon), cleaning (Ty’s least favorite way to spend an afternoon) and a little table setting…
Our guests arrived perfectly on-time - gotta love that! Not only did they bring fantastic mini appetizers and adorable yummy mini cupcakes, they also brought the sweetest hostess gifts.
A little for everyone…
pickles for Maggie, pink lemonade for Elle, and a little reading material for me and Ty! Just look at the sweet tags…love, love, love! Liesel, I hope you don’t mind but I am going to borrow your little ideas. I do promise to give you credit!
These were as yummy as they look: mini pitas and hummus, and caprese salad shooters! Delicious!
Elle on her way to the kids’ table.

It sounds like your mini-dinner went really well. It looks wonderful!
I love the video. Your videographer did an amazing job keeping you in frame for the mini age of six.
Great stuff Mindy! The video was great (and your videographer did a great job!) That’s great to see your mini dinner went well!
P.S. Great line from the video: “Remember, it’s tiny!”
Very cute - loved the video!
Yes, Scott and Jennifer, My budding videographer did a fantastic job and actually loved every minute of it. Thank you both for commenting. It makes my day! Sincerely, Mindy
Dear Mrs. Lockard,
I liked your whole show. My favorite part was Elle at the end saying “Remember, it’s tiny”. I’m looking forward to your next video.
Love, Charlie (age mini (6))
Greetings, Charlie,
We will keep the shows going just for you! I’m honored that you stopped by and appreciate your mother dictating for you. I’ll pass on your kind words to Elle, she will be flattered. We hope to see you soon.
Sincerely, Mrs. Lockard
Mini-Mindy,
However did I miss this video? Oh yeah, my internet’s been down for weeks. Mini-dini was a super fabulous fun time complete with lots of mini-people to keep it interesting. The hens were incredible and I can’t stop thinking of the salad! Cheers to being together!
