Pre-launch Subscriptions Payment Policy
If you subscribe in July or August 2007, your credit card will not be charged until September 1, 2007. Thereafter, monthly memberships will be charged on the first day of each month. Annual subscriptions will have a September 1, 2007, renewal date.
Question and Answer Terms
Based on content and volume, Mindy Lockard reserves the right to be selective as to which questions will be answered.
No Refund Policy
Because Manner of the Month’s annual membership is offered at a significant discount, it is non refundable. Monthly memberships are non-refundable; your cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date that Mindy Lockard Etiquette Consultant receives your cancellation request. By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge the “no refund” policy.
Enforcement of Terms and Conditions; Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Any persons or entities who choose to access or view our Web site agree that all matters, disputes, or transactions arising from use of our Web site shall be governed by Oregon law and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon.
