I couldn’t host a series on #HolidayPrep and not cover a most important aspect of the holiday table.
Yes, the fork is important, but let’s be honest in this season it all comes down to the bird.
So today, day 5 of our #HolidayPrep series…
So grab a pen and paper, jot down some notes and if possible practice a time or two on a roasted chicken.
Then my friends you are sure to be ready come turkey day.
A few tips to remember:
1. When you take the bird out of the oven allow it to set.
2. When it’s cool enough to be handled it’s time to carve it.
3. Carve it in the kitchen and not at the table.
4. Use a sharp knife.
5. Take deep breath and own the turkey ladies and gentleman!
