I love my job and have had so many wonderful opportunities to share my Gracious Living work with many media outlets from newspapers to television shows! And I’m good with it, love it, and accept any opportunity.
That said, when it comes to telling my story I have some control issues.
Admitting is the first step, right?
Where am I going with this? It’s one thing when I write about my work, and an entirely different story when someone else writes about what I do. Just this past week, my local paper shared my story. And I had no control over what the writer was going to say or how he was going to portray my role in the world of etiquette.
Sure he interviewed me and wrote a lot on a yellow legal pad, but when it came to the ink on the paper.
Guess who was anxious? This GIRL!
But never fear, the writer Cliff Newell told my story in the most gracious of manner!
