#LunchBoxLove: What Are You Sending?

by Mindy Lockard on September 26, 2012

I’ve found that being prepared is the key to the lunch packing process.

1. Making sure I have all the right foods on hand.

2. Having a packing plan. In our house, the Elle and Maggie clean out their lunch boxes when they get home from school and then we repack them so they are ready the following morning.

3. Keeping it simple in terms of supplies. Last year I had a cupboard full of containers and over time lids were lost an containers broken. ┬áSo I’m LOVING these Bento Boxes and utensils by Pottery Barn!

I keep all the individually wrapped snacks in easy to get to open top Tupperware containers in my pantry. There are no boxes to open and close and I can just grab a few to add into my sons lunch boxes. It looks organized in the pantry and if extra easy for me in the morning.
